Please take note of the dates for standard, late, and last-minute registration. Unfortunately, we will not be able to honor these rates outside of the specified timeframes.

We understand that extenuating circumstances can arise, preventing delegates from attending the conference. Please review our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations made 60 or more days in advance of the event will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the event will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the event will not receive a refund.
 

When you register and pay for the event, you agree to these terms.

 Please do not arrive at the event without prior registration and approval. Unregistered attendees will not be granted access to the event. Make sure to register in advance!
